Shards of glass still litter rue Paul-Eluard in Charenton (Val-de-Marne) this Monday morning.
The two explosions which occurred on the sixth floor of this building located at the corner of rue Victor-Hugo were so powerful that a window of the building opposite was also broken.
Residents who haven't slept a wink all night can only see how impressive the damage is.
