Valle Templi: war bombs found near the Juno temple

(ANSA) - AGRIGENTO, MAY 23 - Two military devices, similar to the Second World War, have been found inside the Valle dei Templi Archaeological Park in Agrigento.

The two bombs were about 150 meters away from the temple of Juno.

The discovery was made by the workers of a nursery company that was taking care of the maintenance works of the land and the public green of the Valley.

    The carabinieri took care of the delimitation of the area to report any risk or danger and to prevent access.

The bomb squads have also been advised that they will have to deal with the removal.
