A Tölzer has now been sentenced to a fine for drug trafficking.

In court, however, the accused denied the allegation.

Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen – The court is certain: The man regularly traded various drugs.

He didn't have the slightest doubt about that, "even if you want to present us with the ignorant cleaner today," the judge told Tölzer (26) after he had sentenced him to a fine of 5,400 euros.

Found drugs and took knives

The trainee is said to have given two young boys small amounts of different drugs at different times between February 17 and March 13, 2021 - sometimes five ecstasy tablets, sometimes two grams of hashish or the same amount of marijuana, finally half a gram cocaine mix.

Because he also had a fist knife with him during a traffic stop on February 15 of this year, he was also carrying a prohibited weapon.

"I received this as a gift, but not for defensive purposes," the defendant explained about the fist knife.

"I didn't know that you have to leave that at home in Germany."

Advice from the district office

On the other hand, he strictly denied any handling of narcotics.

"I didn't sell anything to anyone," the accused asserted, believing himself to be the victim of a mix-up.

"Where I live, other asylum seekers also live."

The man was targeted by the investigators because the police had "increasedly patrolled" his accommodation after a tip from the district office that narcotics were being traded there.

"During patrols, we noticed that he gets a lot of visitors, always for a short time," said a police officer in court.

Two people who were checked after coming from the accused actually had drugs on them.

The policewoman said nothing was found in the suspect's apartment, which was then searched.

However, one of the two young men checked appeared a few days later at the police station and named the accused as a dealer.

His reasoning: "He's being threatened in the city and therefore doesn't see the need to continue protecting the dealer," said the police officer.

Money found under mattress

In court, the witness (19), who has since been convicted by the juvenile court, repeated his testimony.

These, along with chat histories on the defendant's cell phone, were enough for the court to convict.

“The witness was himself convicted of these purchases.

There is no reason for him to blame himself," said Judge Helmut Berger.

He sentenced the Tölzer to a fine of 180 daily rates of 30 euros each (a total of 5400 euros) for trading in three cases and for possessing and carrying a prohibited weapon.

In addition, the confiscation of compensation in the amount of 1310 euros was ordered - money that had been found under the accused's mattress and, according to the court, came from drug sales.
