Who was the first pastor of the parish of St. Nicholas?

Johann Zedelmayer.

This is 100 years ago.

Parish council chairwoman Monika Walter, parish archivist Dr.

Friedrike Hellerer, Rosemarie Müller and Dean Simon Rapp racked their brains for months on how to celebrate the anniversary – 100 years of the independent parish of St. Nikolaus.

And it couldn't have been more dignified.

Herrsching

- There was cheering for three days at the weekend - with Augsburg's Bishop Bertram Meier, quiz, ceremony and many visitors who enjoyed the exhibition "100 Years - 100 Heads", which brought back one or the other memory.

Of course, Rapp's evangelical colleague Ulrich Haberl and Mayor Christian Schiller could not be missing.

The exhibition will be on view in the church for some time - it's well worth a visit.

The anniversary quiz on the internet at pfarreiengemeinschaft-herrsching.de invites you to ponder for even longer.
