On Tuesday afternoon (May 24th) there was a bus accident in Lower Franconia.
The driver and two other passengers are seriously injured.
Würzburg – When a coach collided with a car in Lower Franconia, 41 people were injured on Tuesday afternoon (May 24).
Exact details of the accident are not yet known.
Bus accident near Würzburg: head-on collision, probably with a car that got off the road
The accident happened on Tuesday afternoon right on the Hessian-Bavarian border west of Würzburg.
It is unclear where the bus left.
According to previous knowledge, a car had gotten into the oncoming lane for an unknown reason and crashed head-on into the coach.
An expert was still at the scene of the accident in the afternoon to clarify the cause.
The police have not yet been able to provide any further details.

Bus accident in Lower Franconia: Three seriously injured, 38 other injured passengers
All 38 bus occupants were at least slightly injured.
The bus driver and two other occupants of the car - a minibus - were seriously injured.
Nothing is known about her identity so far.
Police said three people, including the bus driver, were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The other 38 victims suffered minor injuries.
After the accident, the federal highway 469 in the direction of Laudenbach was blocked in both directions.
Ambulance service, fire brigade and police were on site with great effort.
There was also an important police report from Nuremberg on Tuesday (May 24): The police are asking for information in the case of a 15-year-old missing since Tuesday morning.
