At least 50 people were killed in an armed attack in northeastern Nigeria.
"Terrorists launched an attack on a town in the far northeast of Nigeria near the border with Cameroon, killing at least 50 people," Sky News reported.
Last week, the multinational joint task force operating in Nigeria announced the killing of at least 300 Boko Haram terrorists on the outskirts of Lake Chad.
The multinational joint task force was established by Cameroon, Chad, Niger, Nigeria and Benin to fight the “Boko Haram and West Africa State” groups affiliated with the terrorist organization ISIS, which threaten the stability of the Lake Chad region.
