Accident in Iffeldorf: Motorcyclists overlooked when reversing out of a parking space

Iffeldorf – The Iffeldorf fire brigade was on site with 12 emergency services: A motorcyclist was overlooked by the driver of a van when parking.
A 63-year-old rode his motorcycle on Jägergasse in Iffeldorf in the direction of the town center.
A 30-year-old driver of a pickup truck missed the Suzuki when reversing out of a parking space, which resulted in a collision between the rear of the vehicle and the motorcycle.
As a result of the subsequent fall, the motorcyclist suffered abrasions on his knee and a broken finger on his right hand, which is why the BRK took him to the Murnau Accident Clinic.
The Suzuki's fairing was scratched on both sides, the fuel tank was damaged and the clutch cover was torn open.
The property damage amounts to approximately 5000 euros.
The Iffeldorf fire brigade came with twelve emergency services, secured the scene of the accident and tied up the leaking operating fluids.
