The drama at the trial of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard continues, and who is now expected to testify is Depp's famous ex, British supermodel Kate Moss.
Moss, according to reports, will testify in a videotaped testimony in court this coming Wednesday, after her name came up in Heard's testimony as someone who suffered violence from Depp when she was his partner in the 1990s.
While Heard, according to legal sources, conjured up Moss' name as someone who would strengthen her testimony and help her prove that Depp was a violent man. The years and the case in which Herd seeks to cling to her line of defense in a violent incident in which Depp allegedly threw Moss down the stairs never happened and is merely a rumor.

"She brought up her name because she was sure she would not support it, but that could not be further from the truth," a source told gossip site Page Six.
Heard reportedly brought up Moss' name in a hearing last Thursday, describing a violent incident that allegedly took place in 2015, during which she slapped Depp in the face when she feared it was going to push her sister Whitney down the stairs, similar to claiming the same conduct years back between him and Moss.
"She was standing with her back to the stairs," Herd testified of the incident in which her sister was involved, "and Johnny waved her hands in front of her. I did not hesitate, I did not wait, in my head I thought straight about Kate Moss and the stairs and hit him," she said.

This is not the first time Heard has raised Moss' name in an attempt to bolster her claim against Depp.
In 2020, in a defamation trial conducted by the two in the UK, Heard referred in her testimony to the same violent incident in which, as stated, she claimed that Depp threw Moss down the stairs.
