Aragonès considers a third of its Govern plan to have been executed despite the differences with Junts and the crisis

It has been a year since the regional government led by Pere Aragonès landed at the Palau and, according to a new accountability mechanism of the Generalitat, that time has served to execute 33.8% of the Govern plan agreed between ERC and Junts per Catalonia.

Dialogue with the central government is precisely one of the measures whose compliance has been subject to internal control by the Administration.

The Government has set up a website where citizens can follow the progress of the 1,484 measures, grouped into 19 areas, almost in real time.

Although the dialogue table between the two governments has only met once and relations between the Executives are going through a bad time, the objective of "the democratic resolution of the political conflict" is two points above the degree of global compliance, 35%.

That objective includes three specific measures: the dialogue table, the search for a formula for "the exercise of self-determination" and the implementation of the National Agreement for Amnesty that "ends the repression."

Grouped by areas, the three best performances are in education and training policies (43.1%), housing policies (41.7%) and, tied with a percentage of 41.2%, the rural agenda and structuring Of the territory.

In these four fields are some of the star measures of the Executive: free education from zero to three years, the reduction of ratios in the infant stage, the plan against substandard housing and "the acceleration of the energy transition".

On the other side of the list, with a lower level of execution, are the areas of Good Governance (21.9%);

Company and Productive Fabric (23.2%) and Equality between men and women and human rights (23.4%).

In fact, the feminist transformation is the great axis of the legislature with a more delayed advance.
