A dead baby has been found in Hanover.
Police are currently questioning a 22-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman, officials said on Tuesday.
According to media reports, the baby's body was discovered in a garbage can.
The background is so far unclear.
Investigators secured traces at the site in the Misburg-Nord district in the afternoon.
