US President Joe Biden has informed Prime Minister Naftali Bennett that he has finally decided not to remove the Revolutionary Guards from the State Department's list of terrorist organizations, thus effectively failing to meet the Iranian demand preventing the completion of talks on a new nuclear deal in Vienna.
