a provisional victory
".

In an order communicated to the press, this court established in Luxembourg “
suspends the execution of the decisions
” taken in March 2021 by the European Parliament.
This assembly then voted to lift the immunity of Carles Puigdemont and two other former Catalan separatist leaders wanted by the Spanish courts.
