Three Palestinian organizations, the Palestinian Center for Human Rights, Al-Mezan Center and Al-Haq Foundation, delivered today a memorandum to the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague regarding war crimes and crimes against humanity committed by the Israeli occupation during its aggression on the Gaza Strip last May.

Wafa news agency quoted the director of the Palestinian Center for Human Rights, Raji Al-Sourani, as saying that the memorandum documents the Israeli authorities’ commission of serious crimes on a large scale against the Palestinians and their extensive destruction of property and infrastructure in the Strip, as well as their continued siege for more than 15 years, indicating that these crimes fall within the jurisdiction of the Criminal Court. International.

Al-Sourani pointed out that the submitted memorandum concluded that the International Criminal Court should open an immediate and comprehensive investigation against the Israeli war criminals and work to ensure that they do not go unpunished for the crimes committed against the Palestinians.

And 257 Palestinians were killed, including 66 children, in addition to the injury of about 1950, including 560 children, in the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, which lasted from the tenth to the twenty-first of last May, in addition to the massive destruction of infrastructure, property and homes of Palestinians.
