As-Suwayda-Sana
The Alf Ba Civil Initiative targets about 3,500 children enrolled in the first grade of the next academic year in 39 basic education schools in the city of As-Suwayda to provide them with school bags and stationery in order to reduce the financial burden on families to purchase school supplies for their children.
The initiative launched by the (Morsa) Foundation for development and charitable works today, according to the Vice-Chairman of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees, Amer Hassoun, includes 11 classroom divisions in the preparatory stage, indicating that the distribution process is carried out in coordination with the Directorate of Education and principals of basic education schools in the city of As-Suwayda.
Hassoun explained to SANA reporter that the initiative, which will end before the next school year, included on its first day 4 schools for basic education, which are (the martyr Safwan Rashid Al-Hajjar, the martyr Yasser Abu Hamdan, the martyr Raafat Majid Alam Al-Din and the martyr Ammar Kamal Al-Hamad).
It is noteworthy that the (Morsa) Foundation, which was established in 2021, has implemented many charitable, developmental and educational initiatives in and outside As-Suwayda Governorate.
