The local e-commerce Youhe Group has reportedly started a pre-road show. The group recently announced that it will hold a listing press conference tomorrow (25th), at which time the company's management will introduce the company's business highlights, as well as development prospects and strategies.
The management in attendance included Hu Fazhi, co-founder, executive director, chairman and chief executive officer of Youhe Group, Xu Jiaying, co-founder, executive director and chief operating officer of the group, Luo Guiyi, chief financial officer of the group, Lin Weichao, chief financial officer of the group, and vice president of CMBC Capital. CMBC Capital is the sole sponsor of Youhe.
According to foreign reports, e-commerce Youhe has launched a pre-road show, and initially plans to IPO from Thursday (26th) to next Tuesday (31st) and go public on June 9.
The group plans to raise about US$100 million (about 780 million yuan).
