New operator for the kiosk at the Abwinkl lido in Bad Wiessee

The municipality of Bad Wiessee has found a new tenant for the kiosk at the Abwinkl lido.

Alessandra Kuntze-Fechner has a lot of experience in gastronomy.

– At the weekend there was a dress rehearsal.

Alessandra Kuntze-Fechner (52) opened the kiosk in Wiesseer Strandbad Abwinkl with a "soft opening", as she says.

"There was a lot going on," reports the woman from Wiesse.

A reason to be happy, even if she and her helpers got a little sweaty.

But it was also the first time that Kuntze-Fechner directed the kiosk.

She is the new tenant of the communal business on the bathing beach next to the Medical Park St. Hubertus.

From June, the kiosk is open daily

The fact that Kuntze-Fechner was able to prevail over her competitors – we are talking about 27 – is probably due to her experience in the catering trade.

The woman from Wiesse has been working in this area for many years.

Now she sees the time to start her own business.

The four children are able to stand on their own two feet, and her husband Peter will soon be able to support them as a pensioner.

For the time being, the kiosk will be open from Thursday to Sunday, and then daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. from June 1st.
