Shoigu: The West has organized an emergency supply of lethal weapons to Ukraine

Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu revealed that the West organized emergency supplies of lethal weapons to Ukraine, stressing that the special operation in Ukraine continues until its full implementation of its tasks despite the large-scale assistance provided by the West to Kiev.

Russia Today website quoted Shoigu as saying during a meeting of the Defense Ministers Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) member states today that the United States has chosen a path to completely dismantle the existing international security structure, indicating that research on American biological programs in Ukraine was being conducted secretly in violation of Washington's obligations International.

Shoigu stated that there was a real threat of Ukraine developing nuclear weapons and their means of delivery.

According to Shoigu, the number of foreign mercenaries fighting in Ukraine has exceeded six thousand, and military advisers and employees of private military companies are sent to that country.

The Russian minister indicated that the West refuses to acknowledge many facts related to cases of torture and brutal killing of Russian prisoners of war in Ukraine, stressing that the Russian army, unlike the Ukrainian forces, does not bomb civilian infrastructure sites where civilians may be present.

Shoigu noted that the West is working purposefully to undermine relations between the countries of the Collective Security Treaty Organization and expose Russia's allies to serious pressure.

He stressed the need to strengthen the CSTO's joint forces and improve decision-making mechanisms within the organization, stressing that Russia will continue to provide the necessary assistance to its allies in neutralizing emerging threats and supporting their sovereignty.
