Terrible murder for family honor: two sisters killed by their husbands Israel today

Authorities in Pakistan have announced the arrest of six men suspected of murdering Anisa and Aruj Abbas, sisters with Spanish citizenship.

A horrific murder case shocks Pakistan: Police in the country suspect that the husbands of two women with Spanish citizenship are behind their brutal murder.

Pakistani police investigator Muhammad Ahtar told the British Guardian that the two had been strangled, shot and their bodies hastily buried after refusing to help their husbands obtain a work visa in Europe.

"Our investigation found that the two women were killed for reasons of 'honor' after they changed their husbands' mouths," the officer said.

The two sisters, Anisa and Aruj Abbas, were seduced by the owners into arriving in Pakistan, hoping they could divorce them.

The two married involuntarily last year with their brother and uncle behind the matchmaking, apparently with the aim of using their Spanish citizenship to allow the owners to work in the country and make money.

Police arrested six men in the murder of the women, including the husbands' husbands, uncle and brother and were brought in for questioning, where they confessed to the murder and claimed they immigrated after the family honor was desecrated.

Murder for the honor of the family is a known crime in Pakistan and the authorities are waging a bitter war on the practice of the gods.

"This is another cruel case of innocent girls who grew up in another culture where basic human rights are valued, and they have been treated as an inanimate object by their families," said Samar Minalla, a well-known human rights activist in the country.
