In its weekly session today, headed by Engineer Hussein Arnos, the Council of Ministers discussed the Ministry of Education’s plan and preparations to conduct the exams for the basic and secondary education certificates in all its branches, complete the preparation of exam centers and provide them with prevention and health safety means, and asked all ministries to provide the necessary support to complete the completion of exams easily and easily.

Engineer Arnous stressed the importance of continuous follow-up of the examination process throughout the examination period, preventing any transgressions or defects, and taking measures that ensure the examinations are presented in a comfortable atmosphere for students and in a manner that ensures the integrity of the examination process.

In another context, the Council decided to form a working group to conduct field tours to monitor the processes of receiving the wheat crop from farmers and to prevent any defects during the receiving processes.

At the same time, he pointed out the importance of taking all precautions and preparations to prevent and combat any fires and prevent their spread, especially in forested areas and strategic crop cultivation areas, in light of the prevailing weather fluctuations during this period.

The Council of Ministers also stressed the need to establish clear controls and bases for distributing cement in the local market and to conform to the procedures related to the entry, exit and delivery operations to ensure its optimal distribution and prevent any illegal trade in this material and to strictly hold any violations that may occur.

The council emphasized the concerned ministries to prevent any encroachments on state property inside and outside the organizational schemes and to set foundations and controls for managing this file in a way that achieves the best investment for these properties.

In addition, the Council was briefed by the Minister of Public Works and Housing on the reality of real estate development in terms of the areas offered for development, licensed companies, and ways to overcome the difficulties encountered in implementation, explaining that the number of newly developed real estate development areas reached 26 areas with an area of ​​4308 hectares, providing 172 thousand housing units. The importance of continuous follow-up to the reality of The work of these companies and the necessity of completing the contracted projects according to the specified time schedules.

The Council asked the relevant ministries to follow up on the suspended private sector investment file in terms of re-launching them, overcoming obstacles to all projects, putting them into service and production, following up on the automation of the distribution of oil derivatives, setting a calendar specialized in exporting throughout the year with a database, and constantly reviewing the list of materials and goods that can be exported after the local market is satisfied with them. .

The Cabinet also requested to continue cooperation and coordination with professional federations and unions in all matters relating to service and living issues, and to intensify efforts to put the electrical power projects that are currently being worked on into service as soon as possible.

The council discussed a draft legislative instrument ratifying Syria's accession to the framework agreement for the establishment of the International Solar Energy Alliance with the aim of developing solar energy projects and achieving energy security.

The council approved service and development projects in a number of governorates.
