The Russian RIA Novosti Agency reported that the Ukrainian forces, while withdrawing from the population centers in Donbass, booby-trapped and mined the railways and the intersection stations of these railways, as well as the roads adjacent to them, with the aim of preventing or impeding the advance of the forces of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics.

The agency stated that the engineering elements of the Luhansk forces are currently working to remove these mines that the Ukrainian forces have deployed on the railway line leading to Slaviansk on the border between Luhansk People's Republic and Kharkov Province, noting that the Ukrainian army, during its withdrawal, destroyed some parts of the railway and booby-trapped some Places and their disguise as many unexploded anti-armor shells and mines were found in that area.

For his part, a source in the Russian Security Service announced that the body revealed the activities of a closed network of Ukrainian intelligence in the territories from which Kyiv forces withdrew to direct the bombing of the Russian military.

The source pointed out that the confessions of one of the detainees participating in these activities revealed that the work of the members of the groups being recruited revolved around collecting intelligence information on the movements of units of the forces of Russia and the Donetsk Republic and the locations of the individuals that were then subjected to artillery and missile shelling, noting that representatives of the “Right Sector” organization “Neo-Nazis often act as responsible for such groups.

In addition, a member of the Verkhovna Rada, Marianna Bezuglaya, submitted a bill proposing to allow Ukrainian officers to kill soldiers who evade service or refuse to obey orders.

A bill put forward by Vladimir Zelensky, a deputy of the Servant of the People's Party, appeared in the parliament's database and proposes changes to the statute of the internal service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on ensuring the suspension of the Code of Criminal Offenses in the period of special circumstances.
