The accused gave her a methadone tablet and an antispasmodic on the evening of January 9th.
After that, they both had sex.
The judge explained that it was not possible to establish without a doubt that this happened against the will of the woman.
After that, the 20-year-old became unconscious and the accused dragged her into the bicycle cellar.
He recognized the danger of methadone, but did not get help in time.
However, it remained unclear when he realized that she would die without help.
At the same time, it is unclear whether the woman could have been saved at that time.
