Dr. Muhammad al-Hourani, head of the Union of Arab Writers in Syria, explained over the phone during the vigil that the representatives are a poet who left the Arab world, leaving a distinguished cultural and militant legacy.

Researcher Dr. Ibrahim Zaarour, head of the Damascus branch of the Arab Writers Union, introduced the participants and gave a glimpse into the history of the late poet, how he dealt with the nation's issues and the stage he spent in Damascus, which was unique in receiving him.
