At about 7 am today (25th), when a pedestrian was passing by Aldrich Bay Park in Sai Wan Ho, a man was found lying down in the pool. Someone rescued the victim and he was unconscious.
Ambulancemen arrived at the scene to give first aid to the comatose male victim, who was then taken to the hospital by ambulance for rescue, and was later confirmed dead.
Police cordoned off the scene for investigation and seized an umbrella and personal belongings believed to belong to the male victim.
It is understood that the left forehead of the male deceased was injured, and his belongings were still on him. The police's preliminary case was not suspicious.
