After midnight, members of the Damascus Fire Brigade put out a fire that broke out on the fifth floor of the Children's Hospital in Damascus.
Brigadier General Daoud Amiri, commander of the Damascus Fire Brigade, indicated to a SANA reporter that a group of the Damascus Fire Brigade immediately went to the place of the fire that broke out on the fifth floor of the Children's Hospital and worked to extinguish and cool it.
Brigadier Amiri explained that the fire consisted of a mattress in a room, indicating that the damages were limited to materials, and there were no injuries.
