After a three-year Corona break, the Hallbergmoos fire brigade was again able to hold its annual general meeting in person.
There was a lot to talk about.

- Walter Schreck presented the statistics for the years 2019 to 2021.
63 active people, including twelve women, and a youth group of six perform their voluntary service.
In 2021, they were called to a total of 110 operations (1910 hours) - including 21 fires, 56 technical assistance, seven NBC operations and one security guard.
According to Schreck, the federal highway 301 was often the focus of action, sometimes with very serious traffic accidents.
(By the way: everything from the region is now also available in our regular Freising newsletter.)
1465 hours were invested in exercises and a further 509 hours in courses.
Due to Corona, this is significantly less than before.
Now more is possible again, so Schreck.
The balance sheet shows 231 activities with a total of 3884 hours.

With the introduction of ranks - from fireman to fire chief - one wants to strengthen the motivation of the troops, according to Schreck.
The grades are based on affiliation and education.
There is no lack of motivation anyway: Schreck was able to report 21 new signings and a number of successful training measures.
The Florian disciples have invested a lot of time in the Ukraine aid and the distribution center that has been set up.
The FFW Hallbergmoos has received a new oil rescue trailer.
And: The new emergency vehicle TLF-4000 has now been ordered.
