Herbert Grönemeyer cancels anniversary tour

The musician Herbert Grönemeyer has canceled his anniversary tour "20 Years of Man" due to a corona infection.

Eight performances were planned, as the artist management DBE announced on Wednesday.

The start should take place on Thursday in Hanover.

Hanover – “Unfortunately, the virus also infected employees, band members and Herbert,” it said.

The performances in Hanover, Gelsenkirchen, Berlin, Leipzig, Hamburg and Munich will be canceled without replacement.

Purchased tickets can be returned at the pre-sale points.

The musician's next tour is planned for May 2023 in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
