The President of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, sent his condolences to the families and friends of the victims of the school shooting in Uvalde, Texas.
Later Wednesday, the Mexican consul in Eagle Pass, Texas, informed CNN that so far none of the victims of the massacre had Mexican citizenship, although their origins are from that country.
