Turned into the investigation into the Laura Ziliani crime.
Mirto Milani confessed to the murder of the former security guard from Temù, in the province of Brescia, which took place on May 8 a year ago.
He did so during a long interrogation in prison that he requested after the investigation was closed by the Prosecutor's Office.
Milani, boyfriend of Laura Ziliani's eldest daughter, has been in prison since last September 24, as are Paola and Silvia Zani, two of the victim's three daughters.
They too asked for questioning.
