School shooting in Texas, 19 students killed (Reuters)
Some of the parents of the children from the elementary school in Texas, where the massacre was carried out in which 19 children and two teachers were murdered, still do not know what happened to their children.
Hours after the shooting, they gathered this morning (Wednesday) at
a community center near the educational institution, hoping not to receive the hardest news of all.
Her condition is not yet known. A prayer was held at the scene. "It is an evil that cannot be understood," said one of the people present at the scene. "It is impossible to understand such acts everywhere, but it is more difficult when it happens in your home." His daughter has received a certificate of appreciation at school, and in the meantime he is waiting to know if she was able to safely get out of the murder spree.
Other parents have already received the bitter news, after DNA samples were taken from them to compare them with the DNA of the murdered.
Among other things, a local pastor arrived at the scene, comforting a couple from his congregation, who had lost their 10-year-old grandson.

19 children and two teachers were killed last night in a shooting spree at an elementary school in South Texas.
The 18-year-old shooter was also killed.
The three adult victims are the shooter's grandmother and two teachers at the school.
One of the murdered is a fourth-grade teacher, Eva Mirles, who taught at the institution for 17 years.
It is the deadliest shooting campaign in the United States since Sandy Hawk in 2012, when 20 children aged 5 to 7 and six adults were murdered.
The shooter, who acted alone, is Salvador Ramos, an 18-year-old from a high school in Obelda, Texas - according to Texas Gov. Greg Abbott.
"Apparently, the shooter abandoned his vehicle and entered the 'Rob' elementary school with a gun, maybe even a rifle, but it is still unapproved," he said.

Preliminary investigation reveals that three days ago he posted pictures of weapons on social media.
The shooter also smashed his car in the ditch before embarking on the murder spree.
He then continued, wearing a scarf towards the school. It also appears that he apparently confronted a police force, but still managed to enter the educational institution. Two policemen were injured in the incident.
