Jordan is also known as "Little Nepal". Most of the descendants of the Hokka soldiers who came to Hong Kong for military service were born and raised in Hong Kong and used their talents and skills to serve the community.

Susil and Pavati chose to open a restaurant, Chulo Nepalese Home Cooking, to provide everyone with delicious food. Diners must order delicious Nepalese chestnut rice porridge, soup dumplings, jerky, and spicy cured meat.

On the iron gate on the left, artist Uncle painted Nepalese, Chinese and English "Good Taste"; on the right, Pavati, the proprietress dressed in traditional costumes, was carefully cooking hometown food.

On closer inspection, Pavati is using a traditional Nepalese firewood stove called "Chulo" made of mud, which was also used by many Nepalese people for cooking in the past.

Artist Mak Ka-xin painted the founder Mr. Wu Weisen on the iron gate of one of the branches on East Street. The concept of opening is to share the food with a "home feeling" with others, and to experience the joy of tasting.

There are also long-term hot-selling products in the works - pig's feet and ginger brewed in traditional vinegar jars, accompanied by the joy of three generations welcoming new students, representing inheritance and innovation.

Bazhen has been actively developing new foods in recent years, one of which is ginger vinegar cookies.
