The Collectivity of Corsica was ordered to pay 5.1 million euros to the shipping company Corsica Ferries in the context of breaches of the rules of competition, announced Wednesday, May 25 the administrative court of appeal of Marseille.

The company had seized the administrative court to obtain compensation for the damage it considered to have suffered as a result of its irregular eviction from the public service delegation contract for the maritime service of Corsica for the periods 2014-2023.
