The Doberman was simply given up at the shelter four days before Christmas.

Acquired, overwhelmed, abandoned: Nuremberg animal shelter is looking for a new home for Tyson

"Bought, overwhelmed, abandoned": According to the shelter, the owners apparently chose the easiest way and "the most cruel for Tyson".

It took months before the traumatized Tyson was ready to be placed.

The dog has just turned one year old, but has not yet been allowed to get to know much.

Therefore, he has a problem with strangers and needs a lot of time.

He also cannot process environmental stimuli so well.

"Be it cyclists, joggers or walkers - everything is quickly too much for him in a certain respect and he reacts very hysterically," write the animal rights activists.

However, he has already made great progress at the shelter.

"He has developed a loving relationship with his caregiver, he is affectionate, cuddly and, 'typically Dobi', a puppet." Tyson gets along well with other dogs.

A second dog in the new home should be sovereign.

Children or cats should not live in the household.

The four-legged friend Tyson currently needs medication for the thyroid gland.

Animal shelter Nuremberg is looking for "responsible people" for Doberman Tyson

"We are looking for responsible people who are aware of working with Tyson, have enough time for it and who, with calm and patient guidance, will enable the dog to lead a normal dog life." Anyone who is interested in giving young Tyson a new home , can fill out the application form of the animal shelter.

Not only Tyson is waiting for a new family in the Nuremberg animal shelter, the disabled dog Goofy also urgently needs a new home.
