The new building project for the Tegernsee ducal brewery on the site of the former Schandl inn on Max-Josef-Straße is in full swing.
Now the building committee had to deal with it again.
Tegernsee - Three residential buildings are being built there, two of them with 48 apartments, mostly smaller in size of up to 50 square meters, and three apartments with up to 100 square meters.
The brewery wants to counteract the lack of apartments for staff in the areas of tourism, gastronomy and brewery.

Brauhaus builds three residential buildings: The city council has to deal with it again
At their meeting, the members of the building committee had to deal with the building project again.
It was about clearance areas that were still registered under the old law at the time the building permit was granted.
The district office has now complained, according to manager Hans Staudacher, that the distance between one of the houses and a neighboring building is too small under the new law.
At the council table, it was felt that the city council should deal with the issue.
"Because this is about a fundamental decision and the question of whether old or new rules should apply here," says Staudacher.
This path was decided unanimously.
The full City Council is scheduled to consider it at its next meeting on Tuesday, May 31.
