“We now know that Matignon knew, the President of the Republic knew,” he insisted.
The warning email, "not received" in time

The alert email, sent by the Observatory of gender-based and sexual violence in politics to the Republicans and LREM before the appointment of the new government, "was not received" in time, said Christian Jacob again.
