“Ecological disaster”, “ineptness”, “sacrifices”… Many are the contemptuous of the “crazy” projects defended by Anne Hidalgo and her assistants, to improve the living environment of Parisians and attract more tourists.

Attractive on paper, - the plans presented by the architects reveal a lot of green where gray predominated in this dense and mineralized city -, they prove to be unrealizable.
