"Homes from Within" - the largest architecture and architecture event in Israel, will be held for the 15th year in cooperation with the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality on Thursdays-Saturdays from May 28-26, 2022. The event is part of the international organization of Open House World Wide held in cities Majorities in the world such as New York, London, Chicago, Rome, Barcelona, ​​Melbourne, Dublin, Helsinki and others.



This year, too, hundreds of public and historic buildings, public spaces, private apartments and homes will open throughout the city for one weekend, offering a wide range of architectural tours and intriguing lectures in unconventional locations around the city, free of charge.

This year there will be, among other things, new tours that will provide a glimpse into the city's transportation revolution, the urban renewal revolution, gender equality, tours focusing on the sculptures of the late artist Danny Karavan on the anniversary of his death and more.

A peek into the Allenby station of the light rail

Allenby Station is the first station in the light rail project to be carried out in Tel Aviv (August 2015).

At this station, passengers on the red line will be able to cross the purple line that runs along Allenby (at street level).


The station has three entrances: at the intersection of Mikve Israel and Barzilai streets, at the intersection of Allenby and Yehuda Halevi streets, and at the intersection of Yehuda Halevi and Bezalel Yaffe streets.

The tours last about half an hour.


Due to safety regulations the tours are limited and early registration.

They should be worn with long pants and closed shoes.

Upon arrival at the tour, participants will receive a glamorous sweater and helmet.


Tours are limited to ages 16 and up.

The tour will focus on the historic center of the city and will also reveal social dilemmas experienced by women in Tel Aviv from the period of the settlement and after the establishment of the state.
