Pride Month will begin in a few days and Pride parades and celebrations are being held across the country.
More than 60 events will take place in the various cities from north to south, including Afula, Mitzpe Ramon, Ashdod, Ashkelon, Sderot, Nahariya, Harish, Tiberias, Rehovot, Kiryat Bialik, Tel Aviv and more.
The first big event to kick off Pride Month will be the Pride and Tolerance Parade in
Jerusalem
- which marks 20 years since the first parade took place in the capital.
The parade will take place on June 2, produced by the Jerusalem Open House for Pride and Tolerance.
The parade will start at 15:00 with a Pride Happening in the Bell Garden, and will start at 16:30 on the traditional route of the parade - through Keren Hayesod Street, Paris Square, the city center and ending at the Independence Garden at 19:00 on the main stage with performances and celebrations.
