Actor Kevin Spacey, once considered one of the most sought after and respected actors in the industry, has in recent years become assigned and almost boycotted when with the advent of the Mi Tu wave began to float against him a host of complaints from men about sexual assaults allegedly committed by him for nearly two decades.
Now after a period of calm in reports of his criminal sexual behavior, the 62-year-old Spacey is apparently on his way to court again, reports online sites.
The British Crown Prosecution Service reportedly approved the filing of a lawsuit in the country against the actor, which includes four counts of sexually assaulting three men between 2005 and 2013.
"He was also charged with soliciting a person to take part in intrusive sexual activity without consent," Rosemary Ainsley, head of the special investigations department, confirmed today (Thursday).
"The charges come after an examination of evidence gathered by the metropolitan police in an ongoing investigation against him," she said.

Spacey, who has starred in a variety of Hollywood films and the hit series "House of Cards," found his name in a series of complaints of serious sexual assault on his part for about two decades, which began popping up in 2017 with actor Anthony Rap complaining about trying to seduce him when he was 14 years old. After, watch further complaints against the player that led him to announce a time-out from a game.
Following the escalation of the wave of complaints against him, the streaming giant Netflix announced the termination of the contract with him and a halt to the production of the sixth season of "House of Cards" in which he starred in the lead role while simultaneously filming and other projects starring him were shelved.
In 2019 a court in Boston Massachusetts dismissed the only sexual assault charge against which has matured into a lawsuit for lack of evidence.
