The facts took place in the town of Templeuve-en-Pévèle, on May 9, on the public highway.
The individual attacked a teenager by "

He has short white hair, as do his eyebrows - which is not shown in the composite.

He was holding a garbage bag and a wooden stick, like a tree branch, specify the gendarmes of the North.
