Chiang Chen is a famous industrialist. He founded "Chen Hsong Machine Factory" in 1958 and is known as "The King of Injection Molding Machines". His Chen Hsong Group is a listed company in Hong Kong, with a current market value of about 1.28 billion yuan.

Jiang Zhen has six daughters and one son. He officially retired in 2018. At that time, he handed over the baton to his sixth daughter Jiang Liyuan and his seventh son Jiang Zhijian. Jiang Liyuan took over as chairman and Jiang Zhijian became vice chairman.

Jiang Liyun, the second daughter of Jiang Zhen, is active in politics and once served as a member of the Legislative Council.
