Damascus, SANA-Temperatures continue to gradually rise, becoming 3 to 5 degrees Celsius higher than their average as a result

Damascus-SANA

Temperatures continued to rise gradually, to become 3 to 5 degrees higher than their average, as a result of the country being affected by a weak extension of a shallow air depression accompanied by northwesterly currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

The Directorate General of Meteorology expected that the weather today will be generally clear, misty and dusty in the eastern regions, the island and the Badia, with westerly to northwesterly winds between light and moderate with active flashes at times, and the sea is light to medium wave heights.

The temperatures will continue to rise tomorrow, to become higher than their average by about 4 to 6 degrees Celsius, and the weather will be relatively hot and between clear and partly cloudy in general, with an opportunity for scattered showers, especially in the western and southern regions, and dusty mist in the eastern regions, the island and the Badia.
