The leader of the opposition Turkish Good Party Meral Aksener blamed the Turkish regime's president, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, for the economic crisis in the country, indicating that he is now aware that he will lose the upcoming elections in the country.
The Turkish newspaper, Zaman, quoted Aksener as saying today, during a meeting of the Good Party bloc in Parliament, that Erdogan bears responsibility for the economic crisis that Turkey is currently witnessing, noting that "Erdogan's confusion after realizing his loss of the upcoming elections has become clear to everyone."
Opinion polls conducted by several centers in Turkey showed a decline in the popularity of Erdogan and his party due to his failed domestic and foreign policies.
