Police at the Kfar Saba Central Police Station and the Kfar Saba police station managed to thwart a criminal incident in the city last night (Wednesday), after they arrested four suspects during an undercover operation who wore shawls, gloves and ski masks and drove a stolen vehicle carrying a fake license plate.
According to the suspect, the four, residents of the city in their 20s, were on their way to carry out criminal activity, as part of a conflict between local crime gangs.
The four were arrested for questioning, at the end of which they were imprisoned and the police intend to bring them to a hearing to extend their detention, in accordance with the needs of the investigation and its findings.
A police spokesman said: "Central District District Detective detectives in cooperation with the Sharon area and Kfar Saba police officers, increased enforcement in the Sharon area that focuses on criminal gangs, while exercising all powers and means, to prevent criminal activity for public peace and security."
