There is a dispute among the neighbors in the Amperauen development area in Moosburg.

Reason: It is built differently than planned and approved.

Moosburg

– One cannot accuse the Moosburg city council of not paying enough attention to the Amperauen development area.

However, since some of the buildings were built differently than planned and approved, there is a lot of crunching between a number of neighbors.

Courts are already dealing with the construction area and it is unclear whether and how the building supervision of the district office will react to known abuses.

City councilor Evelin Altenbeck (Greens), who will resign in a few days, used her last building committee meeting to put her finger in the wound again.

She made it clear that the courts have to deal with some ads for the raging neighborhood dispute.

"Some do not adhere to the building permits and have built four instead of the approved two residential units," said Altenbeck.

That is pretty outrageous in itself, but the Greens construction expert is particularly annoyed that a building plot subsidized by the city is also affected by these deviations.

Altenbeck said clearly that the city should not look the other way: “All hell is going on right now.

The neighbors are suing each other to get their rights.”

By the way: Everything from the region is now also available in our regular Freising newsletter.

Mayor Josef Dollinger and his head of the building department, Herbert Held, could say little about the discrepancies between approved houses and houses actually built, which were already evident in the town hall.

"If someone has built more generously, then that's a matter for building supervision," explained Dollinger.

This control authority is located in the district office, can control and punish up to the extreme case of a removal order.

District office is informed

Herbert Held said that the known cases had been reported to the district office, but had not yet received an answer.

Altenbeck reported that some builders are already trying to hide their tricks: "There are four residential units left if you unscrew two mailboxes and then write two names on one mailbox instead." Dollinger said at least that he couldn't march through the construction area , to match the development plan with doorbells and mailboxes.

“The root evil is the narrower development, which is due to the time.

This means that people sit closer together and there is more tension," said City Hall boss Dollinger.

Ludwig Kieninger also made it clear “that I don't like the situation there at all.

The streets are also completely parked up.” As a result, construction vehicles for houses that are still under construction can hardly or not at all get through.
