Between March and April 2020 he worked on contract, on behalf of a cooperative, in a meat processing company in Castelvetro, in the Modena area, when, after contracting Covid, he died within a few days.
Now, for the death of that 63-year-old worker, the owner of the company and the representative of the cooperative are accused of murder due to the lack of adequate personal protective equipment.

The preliminary hearing took place yesterday and the owner of the company requested and obtained the abbreviated procedure - the hearing was set for November 21st - while the representative of the cooperative did not request alternative rituals and, on that date, he will know if he will be sent to trial.
