A teacher is said to have physically punished and possibly touched several students on Wednesday, May 18th.

Now the police are investigating.

After indications of attacks against students at a school in Karlsfeld became known, the police launched investigations.

No one was injured, police said yesterday.

When asked, a spokesman for the police headquarters in Upper Bavaria North said that the teacher pushed and touched the students, for example stroked their heads.

After the allegations were reported to the school administration, the teacher was temporarily relieved of his duties and the parents of the students concerned were informed of the facts.

The Fürstenfeldbruck criminal police and the Dachau police station are in close contact with the school management.

In addition, the investigators are in direct contact with the students concerned and their parents in order to clarify the facts.
