Open offices, open spaces with lounge islands, hammocks and a restaurant: The new office complex on Gewerbestraße in Straßlach, called "Isarhoch workresort", is intended to be a workplace of the future.

- The building project has now celebrated its topping-out ceremony.

More than 100 guests accepted the invitation to the topping-out ceremony of the project developer Sitoha GmbH, who had already built the neighboring Medicenter Süd.

According to the press release, care was taken to combine ecology and quality of work with the equipment.

There is space here on a total of 4900 square meters of floor space.

The minimum rental area is 160 square meters.

Rental price: 20 euros per square meter.

In addition to the open-plan offices, there will be more than 2000 square meters of outdoor meeting tables, lounge islands, barbecue facilities, a barefoot path and hammocks for creative meetings and relaxation phases with a view of the surrounding fields.

Many visitors came to the topping-out ceremony on Gewerbestraße: the first companies can move in here in the autumn.

More than 50 percent are already rented

More than 50 percent has already been let to companies, reported Markus Leitner, who heads sales for Isarhoch GmbH, at the topping-out ceremony.

Another 15 percent of the office space has been reserved.

The first tenants are scheduled to move in at the end of this year.

In the immediate vicinity there is an Edeka supermarket next to the medical center.

a hotel with a hairdresser, a bank and a personal training studio with an indoor golf area.

A day-care center with all-day care is also planned, which will primarily be available to employees.

In addition, Hans Klostermair will open the “ISARfein” restaurant in the new building in autumn.

He primarily wants to offer healthy, wholesome cuisine with a strong connection to regional products.

Visitors to the topping-out ceremony were able to enjoy a sample.

In open, bright offices, the future employees should feel comfortable here.

Special gift from the neighbors

Straßlach's Mayor Hans Sienerth praised the construction project as an "enrichment with a high degree of innovation, which will greatly enhance the Straßlach location".

The doctors from the neighboring Medicenter Süd had a particularly creative gift with them.

They handed over some sacks of concrete to the client.
