This 75-year-old resident, who has lived near the Saint-Martin canal for twenty years, walks in the middle of the road, the Louis-Blanc bridge behind her.
"Look, it's pedestrian here, but bikes come from everywhere to overtake us at full speed because they take advantage of the slope," she breathes.
