The spokesman reminded that when applying for driving license service and driving test, if you have not made an online appointment, you must collect chips on the spot before you can use the counter service. 160 chips and 100 chips will be distributed in the morning and afternoon respectively, and each person is limited to one chip. .

In order to prevent queuing parties, the ID card number must also be entered when collecting the chips, and they cannot be transferred.

The Transport Department said that 160 same-day chips will be distributed from 9:00 a.m. on each working day, and morning chips will be valid before 2:00 p.m. on the same day; 100 chips will be distributed from 2:00 p.m. Valid before time.

Citizens must enter the first four digits or letters of their identity documents (such as K123) when collecting chips.

All same-day chips must be used within the specified time period, after the expiration date will be invalid.

Applicants with a valid number can enter the venue with the number and follow the instructions of the staff to go to the designated queue to wait for the counter service.

The applicant's identity document number must be the same as the identity document number entered at the time of collection, in order to use the counter service.

At that time, the applicant can scan the QR code on the chip number to get the latest information on the call of the chip number by the Licensing Office, and there is no need to wait at the Licensing Office.
