Threat against child at Franconian school: Operation is ongoing – "Parents please do not come to school"

A threat was made against students at a middle school in Erlangen.
The police are on site, the area should be avoided.
Erlangen – "There is currently a major police operation at the Herman Hedenus Middle School in Erlangen." The officials announced this on Friday morning on Twitter.
The area should be avoided to keep the way clear for the emergency services.

At around 9.30 a.m., the Central Franconia police issued an update on their Twitter account: “A threat was made against middle school students via a social media account.
We take this communication seriously and are taking precautionary measures.”
